With a background in kinesiology and years of hands-on experience in physical therapy and athletic performance, he builds each session around your goals, fitness level, and movement patterns.

Coach Josh focuses on proper technique, strength development, mobility, and conditioning — helping you get stronger, leaner, and more confident without fear or intimidation. Every session is purposeful, structured, and designed to build progress that lasts.

Remote Training

Train on your own schedule with the exact weekly structure we use inside Capo Fit Club: two Strength Days, two Hybrid Days, two Conditioning Days, and one Reset Day. Each session includes a clear primary and secondary focus, giving you purposeful progression without burnout or plateaus.

You’ll follow the same class flow our in-person members experience — prepare, perform, recover — delivered through a simple, easy-to-follow remote format.

  • This is for anyone who wants to train with intention, move better, stay consistent, and follow an effective program from any gym or home gym in under an hour. Everything flows through the Wodify app, giving you direct access to the head coach for questions, a place to log your scores, track your progress, and be part of a community of members across the country through the leaderboard.

    We begin with a warm-up to prepare your body for movement, activate key muscle groups, and establish solid mechanics. From there, you move into the day’s primary and secondary focuses — whether it’s a Strength, Hybrid, Conditioning, or Reset class — guided step-by-step by your coach. Each class ends with a cool-down and stretch to support recovery, reduce soreness, and keep you moving well.

    Our coaches teach proper form, provide modifications, and ensure safe, effective progress for every fitness level. This is more than a workout — it’s a training system designed to build you in and out of the gym, helping you move better, feel stronger, and continue growing for years to come.

    Built to develop strength through heavy, controlled lifts relative to your ability. Each class includes 2–3 primary lifts with strategic rest periods to maximize performance and recovery, followed by accessory work that may include mobility, cardio, or bodybuilding-style finishers. These classes build power, muscle, and movement quality — the foundation for everything else.

    Hybrid Day:
    A balanced mix of strength and conditioning. These classes blend lifting, cardio, and core work in varied intervals to challenge multiple systems — improving muscle endurance, aerobic capacity, and coordination. Hybrid Days push you to move well under intensity while maintaining form and rhythm.

    Conditioning Day:
    Focused on developing cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Expect interval-style training that tests stamina, pacing, and grit while maintaining movement quality. Classes may also include skill or mobility work to support balance and recovery.

    Reset Day:
    Your active-recovery day — designed to restore movement, reduce stress, and keep you performing your best. This can include yoga, mat Pilates, hiking, or other low-intensity activities. The goal is to move, not strain — giving your body the recovery it needs to come back stronger.

Our youth group classes are designed to help kids and teens develop coordination, strength, and confidence in a safe, encouraging environment. Each class focuses on proper movement mechanics, agility, and age-appropriate strength training — creating a foundation for athletic performance and lifelong health.

Kids learn how to move well, train smart, and understand their bodies — all while having fun and developing discipline that carries beyond sports.
