“We train for life. At Capo Fit Club, our approach blends strength, conditioning, and mobility for long-term health. This isn’t just about aesthetics,
it’s about independence, resilience, and aging well.”
- Coach Josh

At Capo Fit Club, we build better humans through strength, structure, and simplicity. We remove the guesswork from training, movement, and lifestyle so our members can feel strong, move freely, and live with purpose. Fitness is just the t — the gateway to growth in every area of life.

Our foundation is built on five pillars that create lasting, balanced progress: Fitness, Mindset, Nutrition, Recovery, and Lifestyle. Through fitness, we develop strength, conditioning and mobility — building bodies that move well, look strong, and last. Through mindset, we train the thoughts that shape actions, because what happens between your ears drives everything else. Through nutrition, we fuel performance and recovery, creating energy and sustainability. Through recovery, we build rest, restoration, and resilience — the capacity to show up again, stronger each time. And through lifestyle, we carry these principles beyond the gym — applying discipline, confidence, and balance to every area of life.

Capo Fit Club exists to lead a movement where strength is earned, balance is honored, and growth becomes a way of life. We believe fitness should elevate your life, not consume it. Through intentional programming, sustainable habits, and a mindset rooted in personal evolution, we help people create the structure that unlocks true freedom — physically, mentally, and beyond.

About Josh Kuluris

Josh Kuluris—Coach & Founder, Capo Fit Club

A Southern California native and proud ’90s kid, Josh has spent a lifetime moving, learning, and leading through fitness. Born to two physical therapists, he grew up immersed in human movement — an early education that shaped his deep understanding of how the body works, adapts, and thrives.

After earning his degree in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University, Josh turned passion into purpose. A lifelong soccer athlete, he began training himself as a teenager and never stopped — running marathons, competing in bodybuilding, and completing the full Spartan Race trifecta. His hands-on approach to learning extends beyond performance; he’s tested countless training methods and nutrition trends firsthand, ensuring that when he coaches, he’s teaching from lived experience — not theory.

Over more than a decade of coaching since 2012, Josh has developed a methodology rooted in one simple belief: train for life. His programming blends strength, cardiovascular conditioning, endurance, mobility, and aesthetics — designed to build bodies that move well, look strong, and last. He doesn’t chase quick fixes or trends; he builds longevity.

Humble by nature and driven by heart, Josh believes that real success comes from small, consistent progress and that everyone can reach their potential with the right guidance. As a husband, father, and proud member of the San Juan Capistrano community, his mission goes far beyond reps and sets — it’s about helping people overcome the limiting beliefs holding them back, so they can live stronger, fuller, more independent lives.
